Perfect for a rainy day, or any! Went here twice in one week, tried the creamy chicken and normal chicken ramen, both delicious. Will come back again.
Overview
If you’re looking to enjoy a hearty, flavorful meal in Henderson, Nevada, you absolutely need to stop by Michi Ramen, located at 1018 W Sunset Rd. This spot is the perfect blend of comfort and authenticity, bringing the best of Japanese ramen culture to the heart of the city. Whether you're a local or just passing through, a visit to Michi Ramen is an experience worth savoring.
From the moment you step inside, Michi Ramen exudes a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The cozy, modern decor paired with friendly staff creates a casual vibe, ideal for a laid-back lunch or dinner with friends or family. The menu is straightforward, but don’t let that fool you. Each dish is crafted with care, focusing on quality ingredients and traditional preparation methods.
What makes Michi Ramen stand out among other ramen spots is their commitment to authenticity. The ramen here is made from scratch, with broths that are slow-cooked for hours to bring out deep, rich flavors. If you’ve ever been to Japan and had ramen at a small local shop, you’ll recognize the same balance of flavors and textures here. The noodles are always cooked perfectly al dente, and they pair beautifully with the savory broths.
One standout dish is the Tonkotsu Ramen, which features a rich, creamy pork broth that’s been simmered for hours to create a depth of flavor that's hard to beat. The texture of the broth is luxurious, and each bite feels like a warm hug. Add to that the melt-in-your-mouth chashu pork, soft-boiled eggs, and a sprinkle of green onions, and you have a bowl of ramen that’s truly next level.
Another favorite among regulars is the Miso Ramen. The slightly sweet and earthy miso paste gives the broth a unique twist, offering a perfect contrast to the savory richness of the pork. Topped with fresh vegetables, a boiled egg, and tender slices of pork, it’s an absolute must-try for anyone who loves ramen with a bit more depth and complexity.
If you’re not in the mood for ramen, Michi Ramen offers other delicious options like their rice bowls and gyoza. The rice bowls are a great alternative, with the same high-quality ingredients and attention to detail. The gyoza, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, make for the perfect appetizer to start your meal.
What also makes Michi Ramen a local favorite is its commitment to fresh ingredients. Everything is sourced locally when possible, ensuring that you’re getting the highest quality in every bite. Plus, the staff is always willing to accommodate special requests, so if you have dietary restrictions or preferences, just let them know, and they’ll do their best to adjust the dish to your liking.
For those who love a great deal, the pricing at Michi Ramen is also incredibly reasonable considering the quality of the food. While some ramen shops can get pricey, Michi Ramen offers generous portions that leave you feeling satisfied without breaking the bank. Plus, the portions are more than enough to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites.
If you’ve checked out reviews online, you’ll see that Michi Ramen has a solid reputation for excellent customer service. Diners often rave about how the staff goes above and beyond to make your dining experience memorable. Whether it’s offering recommendations from the menu or just ensuring you have everything you need, the service is friendly, fast, and attentive.
One aspect that really adds to the experience is the convenient location of Michi Ramen, situated right off W Sunset Rd. Whether you're on your lunch break or out for a dinner with friends, it’s easy to find and offers plenty of parking. The restaurant also keeps up with modern trends, making it easy to order online for takeout or delivery if you’re in the mood for a cozy meal at home.
If you're in Henderson and craving some of the best ramen around, Michi Ramen is the place to go. From their mouthwatering broths to the fresh, high-quality ingredients, it’s a dining experience you won’t soon forget. With friendly service and a comfortable atmosphere, it’s no wonder why it’s become a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike. Whether you're a ramen connoisseur or just looking to try something new, this restaurant is sure to impress.

Michi Ramen in Las Vegas is fantastic! We tried the miso ramen and the honey chicken, and both were absolutely delicious. The miso ramen had a rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles, and the honey chicken was sweet, crispy, and satisfying. Service was friendly and the atmosphere cozy—definitely a must-visit for anyone craving great ramen and Japanese-inspired dishes!
Cozy hole in the wall restaurant with great ramen and speedy service. Had the garlic ramen with pork and a side of kimchi, both were delicious. Highly recommend.
Delicious! We had the shoyu ramen and creamy chicken, both were delicious. The sesame chicken was also really great! My boyfriend just got back from Japan and was very excited to have the curry. It was good, but the ratio of meat to rice was a little off and for the price should have had a little more meat.
First thing i noticed when i came to this restraunt was its on the top 50 restraunts to go to in las vegas sticker outside the window. So it made us feel relief and set our expectations already. I came here for lunch after a fun weekend in vegas. First, the appetizer we got was takoyaki and chicken karage. The takoyaki was delicious. On the other hand, the chicken karage is nothing special. It looks like popcorn chicken and the chili sesame oil sauce along it wasn't great to dip in, so we just ate the karage chicken only. Onto the next one, the steak ramen is delicious. It has that sweet kick to the steak with the aroma. The soy sauce marinated egg is good as well. Ramen was alright, but with the other 2 to blend into the bowl it taste great! Overall, we like the steak ramen and takoyaki and would recommend it for people to come and try.
Great quick service despite being busy on a weekend. I frequent this place often and the staff always do an excellent job.
Wow… One of the best Ramen place I have visited, traveling around the World. Devotion, precision, creation - that’s what you feel on the plate, which comes from Open kitchen managed by super skilled Ramen enthusiasts. Bravo!!! Can’t wait for another visit.
